How it Works

Step 1: Phone Consultation

Step 2: Initial Assessment

This 15-minute appointment (free) will allow you to discuss what you hope to achieve with your dietitian. We will also take this opportunity to book subsequent appointments. 

This 50-minute appointment will give a chance for you and your dietitian to get to know one another. In this appointment, we will explore your full medical/personal history, weight history, and diet/nutrition-related history. Your dietitian will then assess your needs and create a tailored meal plan to support your goals and help you develop HEALTHY HABITS that last A LIFETIME.

Step 3: Follow-Ups(s)

This/these 30-minute weekly appointment(s) will allow us to monitor your progress to determine if you are proceeding toward/have achieved your goals. We may also take this time to discuss potential barriers you may be facing and work towards resolving these barriers.
